Students will learn about the Indigenous experience around the world, the struggles caused by colonization and the victories that connect Canada to reconciliation worldwide.

Audience - grades 3 - 8

Length - 30 -60 mins

Students will learn about the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC), the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP) as they relate to reconciliation and decolonization.
